“Contact can be slow and a little disjointed (centralized office that either has a long wait and their callback function is iffy), but that aside the quality of care is fantastic. I feel seen, heard, and my psychiatrist and I have already made great progress. Contacting doctors directly is simple through the messaging portal, but all scheduling is done through that central call line. All in all, they have been very quick to get me the care I need - i do recommend them!”
