How likely are you to recommend Eustasis Psychiatric and Addiction Health?
“Our Experience: 1) Waiting for hours to be seen with an appointment. 2) Waiting for hours in a room with no other human in sight, then having someone walk by and ask why you are still there…, then being told “I am so sorry, no one is here to see you, everyone went home, you will have to reschedule.” Wait what! 3) Terrible billing practices. 4) Repeat testing for something you have had since grade school, in excess of what even insurance feels is reasonable, leaving you with excessive out of pocket costs. 5) Drug tests to the excess of what even insurance determines “reasonable” so you will be left with more out of pocket costs. 6) Rarely will you be asked any relevant questions. 7) If you have medication questions they will throw you on a virtual call with a Psychiatrist at home in a bathrobe! Try - Best: Beyond Healing, or Second: Springfield Psychiatry if you would like you or your family to be treated as a human Please note, there are some there that are genuine and are trying to do what they are able within the constraints they work under. To those employees, thank you. I hope you find something better soon. That second star is for you. :)”
“Do not go here. We show up for my son’s appt and was told they rescheduled us without my knowledge and do not have any appts for us til the end of July!!! This child just got out of a psych facility, needs his therapy, and you guys have the nerve to say he has to wait over a month for an appt? You did this exact thing to me a few years ago and now you’re doing it to my minor child. Clearly you do not take mental health seriously.”
“Receptionist was very nice and patient. Scheduled me with the older doctor after I missed my first appt yesterday with alok. Even with all the proof I have and even two previous provider jijs recommending Continue my treatment... The best I got was was Nicholas perryman who's did help me have my life back, but then cut me for hiring a PCP... Other for the all my providers that I have had who have retired passed away or moved on, I have a gene test done along with very much documentation showing I have severe general and social anxiety but more so panic disorder with panic attacks, And the medication they're on right now is not helping the panic attacks, through the psychiatrist in Jordan valley, but she's not helping my ADHD either my insomnia rather than taking an extra pill? I'd rather utilize anxiety medication for a 2 in 1. 35 failed trials is ridiculous and I'm very afraid to walk in During ments mental health month, to be told they can't help me even short term get to my great aunts funeral along with more... I will change this to five star rating I want to see how the walk-in clinic works or my appointment. I'm not sure if it's a crisis or not but I do know that my everyday anxiety has not been working for over a year and a half but more honestly closer to about two.. With all the documentation and everything that I carry it's not seeking when you know your body and science does too.”
“Provider, Ashley Witt? Refusing to Prescribe my clonazepam because I am not having major panic attacks & every day. This is a medication that I have been prescribed numerous times by numerous providers for many years because it’s the only thing that works besides Xanax. Its unfortunate because I do almost everything better when I have my medication. I just think that an hour or however, long the appointment was is not enough time to make that decision. It’s also too much time. Just another issue in our healthcare system .”
