“Most of the mobile crisis people are amazing. They have helped me tremendously when I've been at my worst. Updating my review. I still give the mobile crisis unit 5 stars. However, when I had a few crisis over the weekend. I called compass that I was only allowed one visit per night. Mine was virtual. I asked if mobile would come out later when i got worse later. They said only one visit per day. The internet says unlimited. Who should I call from now on? Is the web page accurate or the people who took my call?. I am somewhat reluctant to call 988 now.”
“Gave me the wrong info on the phone three separate times, then gave me the incorrect info AGAIN at the front desk. I wait (an hour) and pay the copay to find out since I’m over 18 I can’t get the screening my PCP sent the referral for. Now I have to wait several months to see the specialist in Columbia and I could’ve scheduled that appointment months ago. Of course I had to pay an overdue balance to even get in the door and I can’t get that refunded. Convenient. Compass health is a barrier to care.”
“Horrendous services. I've been trying to simply get them to submit a compliance form to the DMV since Sept 2025. Just for them to run me all the way up their chain of command. For one of their top chain links to run that compliance form (that they recieved directly from a governmental website themselves) by their legal team to verify it's authenticity. Then continue to shoot me over to the help desk and tell me to ask someone else with no point of direction. Then that person to run me up their chain of command. Their higher up to tell me I have to submit a request form for them to even consider acknowledging me which may take up to 30 days. For that to land on a desk of someone who they said and I quote "And frankly she doesn't really like to see people that haven't had at least 3 visits." All I needed was a 30 min screening and it faxed to AZMVD. And here we sit almost 5 months later stonewalled, I understand now, you do NOT want to help.”
“Please read the reviews, they are accurate. I have yet to get help from here the way I need it. I have been trying for a couple of months now. First I requested a female at my intake, I went to the front to schedule and the receptionist says, "I can get you scheduled with...him". Wait, what!? I asked for a female. Then they scheduled me with a female that was going on maternity leave in two weeks. Then tell me they have no one to help me. They say, you can do teletherapy. But they set me up with someone that wasn't helping me, she was still a student and wanted to study me. The front desk just left me hanging out front and passed my appointment time to set me up in a room to do my initial telehealth appointment. There's three bad workers out front that shouldn't be helping people with mental health issues and only one that seems to care, she's older. They get me scheduled with someone finally, but I have to accept a male therapist. On the day of my first appointment, they called me at 6:50 am, 10 minutes before they open, to schedule me more appointments. Why are they calling before they open and why can't they wait until I get there today to schedule my next appointments!!!??? They will make sure you go backwards mentally.”
