“I had a great experience with Melissa at the front desk as well as Dr. Heafner. The patient portal could use some work though as what the doctors document does not show up on your health record chart.”

“My fiance wanted me to go in with him to see his psychologist because the first time he saw her he found her rude and dismissive and kept interrupting him. He asked for a new person but was told to give her another shot (today) and when we both walked in she glared and was very rude and like he said she kept interrupting and when given information (paperwork) she had asked for previously she looked annoyed and flipped through the packet really fast with a grimace on her face. There were other things as well but shes just rude and seems like she is annoyed at the fact we were there. The psychologist is a Caucasian blonde who wears a white sweater dress without naming names. 0/10 do not recommend her.”

“dr baltes is by far the most helpful doctor i’ve ever had. he’s the only doctor who hasn’t rushed me through explaining things, he listens to everything and explains things to you very thoroughly.”
