“This place is an absolute joke. Can't keep appointments or even know how to help a patient. Make one attempt to contact about cancelations and call it job well done wether they reach you or not. Needs to be shut down immediately due to lack of care or any sence of professionalism. Garbage is the only term that describes them.”

“I waited an entire year for a pschye evaluation, whereupon all my concerns were dismissed. They told me to read a book and recommended a med change. The medication had some devastating side-effects that I was given no warning of the potential side-effects. I was living in a panic for months dealing with the symptoms without support, when I visited the physical offices for help after a breakdown, I was turned away. The level of care they offer patients here is only a phone call.”

“Seeking mental health support and medication is very hard here and I am severely disappointed with the way they operate, not prescribing needed meds bc they said they wanted to scan my brain, that was in beg of feb after suffering to the appointment two months with severe depression and anxiety just to be told my dr was out and reschedule it for two more months! I call to tell them i really need need some meds before and have seen the dr too twice but they told me no go to walk in clinic so I go to walk I. With with the place and they tell me they don’t prescribe anything like benzo so thanks a lot now I’m seeking a dr again for my mental state and if you have problems you know it’s not easy, I really am disappointed to think this is being called a mental health facility bc they have only added to my issues”

“My therapist left in December and I have been waiting for one since with no contact from Burrell about getting me a new as of yet and I could really use one I call there hot line once cause I really needed to talk to someone and it took over 24 hours to get back to me that could of been too late luckily a friend was there”
